King worms are used in gnome cooking. It is one of a list of a couple dozen items from which three are chosen at random in Fairytale I - Growing Pains to enchant the Secateurs. It is also possible that you will need this item during the quest Forgettable tale of a drunken dwarf where it is one of the items the Rowdy Dwarf wants for his kelda seed. King Worms are edible and heal 2 Hitpoints.

How to Obtain[]

Swamp in the northwestern part of the Gnome Stronghold.
South end of Taverley just east of the southern most Cup of tea spawn.
Pickpocketing Gnomes.
After talking to a gnome woman, the player has a random chance of receiving one
