Larry is a Cape Merchant who sells team capes for 50 coins each. He sells the 3 variety of team capes which have a cross symbol. He can be found around the Chaos Altar and the Graveyard of Shadows, sometimes, it can be hard to find him. Unlike the other cape sellers, Larry roams around and does not stay in one spot.
