Lizardmen are reptilian humanoids that habit Great Kourend. Killing them increases favour with the Shayzien house. You are only able to kill them once you have 5% of favour with the Shayzien house. Lizardmen are the only known source of Lizardman Fangs, used to provide charges to Xeric's talisman.
