Lord Marshal Brogan can be found at the far south-west corner of Feldip Hills, near the entrance to the Myths' Guild.
When spoken to, he will reveal that he is looking for a good place to mobilise his army. This references the Mobilising Armies minigame that was released on 8 July 2009.

- Lord Marshal Brogan: This and that... But mostly, I'm looking for a good place to mobilise my army.
- Player: That's awfully specific, you sure this is a good place for it?
- Lord Marshal Brogan: I don't see why not!
- Player: I'm not sure there's enough land, to be honest.
- Lord Marshal Brogan: Tish tosh! I'm importing sand from Al Kharid, there'll be a base camp here in no time, do not fret!
- Player: Oh. Okay then.
