Lundail's Arena-side Rune Shop is located in the Mage Arena bank dungeon, below the Wilderness but safe from player killers. The store sells different kinds of runes. This is a good place to restock runes if you run out when playing the Mage Arena minigame. Be sure to bring a knife or slash weapon to access the lever.
