Mackerel are created after successfully cooking a raw mackerel. This action requires at least 10 Cooking. Raw mackerels can be caught at level 16 Fishing when using a big fishing net. Consuming it will heal 6 HP. Each mackerel caught awards 20 Fishing experience and when successfully cooked, it awards 60 Cooking experience.
