A Meat pizza is a food item created when adding Cooked meat or Cooked chicken to a Plain pizza. It requires level 45 Cooking and provides 26 experience; 169 experience if made from scratch. The meat pizza heals up to 8 Hitpoints per bite, making it a total of 16 hitpoints per pizza. The meat pizza can be made from a pizza base, cheese, tomato, and any type of meat.
Meat pizzas are a handy food source for players in the Wilderness Bandit Camp. This is because there is an NPC (Fat Tony) who sells pizza bases for only 3 coins, cheese and tomato spawns on the counter nearby, as well as Giant rats outside to kill for meat. The roaming bandits can also be killed for coins to purchase the pizza bases with. However, players should be aware of the PKers around. Meat pizzas may not be useful for fighting higher levelled players, as they are slow healing foods due to their two-bite nature.
Meat pizzas are also dropped by level 76 bloodveld which require 50 Slayer to kill. Meat pizzas are generally more for experience than they are for healing foods.

Trivia[]
- Though the whole pizza weighs 0.83 kg, half the pizza is only 0.25 kg, which is a half of 0.5 kg. This is also seen in anchovy pizzas and pineapple pizzas.
- The meat from Undead Cow and Undead chicken cannot be used to make Meat pizza. Attempting to do so results in 'Nothing interesting happens.'
