Menaphite guards can be found guarding the currently inaccessible city of Menaphos. They can not be spoken to, but do shout at players who come near the gate between Sophanem and Menaphos.
During the Contact! quest, five Menaphite guards can be seen standing behind Coenus as the High Priest of Sophanem tries to negotiate with him to reopen the border between their cities. After the Sophanites refuse to stand down and leave, Coenus orders the guards to open fire on them.
