Mogres are Slayer monsters that are found in Mudskipper Point. Like most slayer creatures outside of the Stronghold Slayer Cave, they can be killed when they are not the player's slayer assignment. They may only be killed by players who have completed the Skippy and the Mogres miniquest and who have level 32 Slayer. Mogres attack when disturbed by the player, who must lure them using Fishing explosives by using them on Ominous fishing spot. When the player spawns a Mogre using fishing explosive, they say one of six phrases (probably with equal likelihood). Their name appears to be a mixture of "Marine" and "Ogre"- or possibly "Mudskipper" and "Ogre". Mogres may be killed by players searching for their unique drops of Flippers and Mudskipper hats.

Mogres can be safespotted by using the fairy ring teleport or the STASH unit to the west. As a low level player it could be a good idea to bring a tinderbox and logs as mogres often drop raw fish.
Killing a Mogre is a requirement for completing the medium task set in the Falador Diary.
