The fastest way to reach Tenzing involves starting from either Castle Wars or the Edgeville bank. Teleport to Burthorpe using your Games necklace. Run north of the Warriors' Guild south of the Death Plateau to Tenzing. At maximum speed one full run should take no more than 3 minutes.

Once at Tenzing, talk to him and press 1 and spacebar repeatedly until your inventory is filled with Climbing boots. After a full inventory, bank either at Castle Wars or Edgeville and repeat.
