This article is about standard gorilla bones. For bearded gorilla bones, see Monkey bones (bearded gorilla).

Gorilla bones (called monkey bones in-game) are the bones dropped by the level 167 Monkey Guards that inhabit the Temple of Marimbo on Ape Atoll. They give 18 Prayer Experience when buried, although their main function is to be paired with a Monkey talisman and exchanged with Zooknock (found in the Ape Atoll Dungeon) during and after the Monkey Madness I in order to create a monkey greegree (gorilla).

If players wish to create a bearded gorilla greegree, they must use Monkey bones (bearded gorilla) instead.
