Mosquito swarms are monsters fought during the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup minigame. When killed, level 17 and 20 swarms give 35 and 75 agility experience respectively.

Using an insect repellent on them will prevent them from attacking for six seconds, as well as cutting their combat stats in half. This can be done repeatedly until its stats are reduced to level 1.
