Blue mystic robes are a common choice in [[Player killing|player versus player]] combat, as they are moderately inexpensive with decent magic bonuses - the set costs {{GEPrice|Mystic robes set}} coins on the Grand Exchange. Most prefer to use Blue mystic robes for training as opposed to the other sets due to its cheap cost on the Grand Exchange. The light and dark mystic robe sets cost 450k and 370k+, respectively. There is a quickly spreading glitch that this armour when worn with a Mithril chainbody will make you safe when entering the Wilderness. Players would enter the Wilderness wearing Mystic robes and a Mithril chain body, after 5 seconds into the match the player will be immune to losing all objects and can switch to better equipment with no risk.
