The mythical cape is a cape that can only be worn by those who have completed the Dragon Slayer II quest.

It can be purchased from Jack at the Mythical Cape Store on the top floor of the Myths' Guild. The cape provides a free teleport to the guild. The mythical cape has the highest crush attack bonus of any cape slot item in Old School RuneScape, providing a +6 bonus.

The design of the cape was the result of a design contest, followed by the Mythical Cape poll, in which a design submitted by JackScape won.
The cape could be seen being worn by Alec Kincade and Ponts the Bridgemaster following an update around a month prior to release.
