The Naval shirt can be purchased at Trouble Brewing from Honest Jimmy for 1000 Pieces of Eight. They have no combat stats, thus making them purely for cosmetic. They cannot be resold to the shop.
They come in 7 different colours. The colours are Blue, Green, Red, Brown, Black, Purple, and Grey.
Naval shirts can also be stored in the Player owned house Costume room along with Navy slacks and a Tricorn hat of the same colour.

- The examine text is probably a reference to the Village People song In the Navy which contains the same text as a line in the lyrics.
