Ned is a non-playable character that lives in a small house in eastern Draynor. He plays a part in the quests Dragon Slayer and Prince Ali Rescue. Players can bring him three balls of wool that he makes into a rope. In the quest "The Fremennik Isles", the player finds out that actually Ned gets the ropes from Neitiznot and returns balls of wool to them, so actually Ned doesn't make the ropes by himself.
