Nuggets are pieces of gold found at the Digsite when panning with a panning tray. If you bring 3 of them to the archaeological expert at the Exam Centre, he will trade one gold ore for them.

Note: These are NOT the same as the golden nuggets members can get in the Motherlode Mine.
