Nylocas Toxobolos are part of the wave prior to the Nylocas Vasilias encounter in the Theatre of Blood. They spawn alongside Nylocas Hagios and Nylocas Ischyros as they attempt to destroy the pillars.

- The latter part of the name of the Nylocas Toxobolos likely derives from the compound Greek term "τοξοβόλος"(transliterated, "toxobolos"), literally meaning "bow-thrower". Thus, the Nylocas Toxobolos may also be understood to be a Bow-throwing Nylocas - a name likely intended to lend credence to its lore and the source of its adeptness with ranged.
