Pee Hat is a level 91 troll guarding Death Plateau. Since trolls are named after the first thing they ate, he probably ate a Partyhat (P Hat, or Phat). Protect from Melee is highly recommended as he can hit up to 23. Like the rest of the trolls in the area (such as Stick, Rock, and Kraka), he may drop a Rune warhammer or Granite shield. The level 69 and 71 trolls do not drop those two items, contrary to popular belief.
A good strategy to kill them is to stand 2 steps south of the entrance, and kill one after the other. the only problem with this is that when you go to pick up your drop from Pee Hat you will be attacked by several thrower trolls. However, this can be avoided by casting the Telekinetic Grab spell.

Trivia
- The name "Pee Hat" is a reference to Partyhats, which are colloquially known by players as "P-hats". Since Trolls are named after the first thing they try to eat, Pee Hat is likely to have eaten a partyhat.
- Both Pee Hat and Kraka's names refer to Christmas items, as Kraka's name refers to the Christmas cracker.
