Peer the Seer is found south of the Rellekka market. He votes for the player to be allowed to join the Fremennik Tribe during the Fremennik Trials quest, if they can pass his test. After the quest, he will also tell the player their future, mainly on what skill to train that day, and he will no longer deposit the player's items. Thus, if the player wants to be able to still use Peer the Seer to bank his or her items, such as snape grass, he or she should not complete the Fremennik Trials.
Trivia
- When the player talks to Peer the Seer, he asks, "Uuuh... what was that dark presence I felt?" while his chatbox depicts him as being dizzy. Then he returns to normal with a "!", and apologizes by saying, "Ahem, sorry about that."
