The Pet dagannoth supreme is a pet dropped by the Dagannoth Supreme. It is a much smaller version of Dagannoth Supreme.
When dropped a message in the chatbox appears (You have a funny feeling like you're being followed.) and it will begin following the player.
When players get the pet as a drop, it will automatically try to appear as their follower; if they already have a follower (for example, a cat), it will to go into their inventory. If a players inventory is full and they have a follower already, they will not receive the pet.
