Phillipa is Juliet's cousin, who plays a role in the Romeo & Juliet quest. She attempts to help you save Romeo and Juliet's relationship, however it backfires and she begins dating Romeo instead. She appears to be wearing a different coloured version of a Moonclan skirt.
