Phoenix Gang Hideout

Located in the southeastern alleys of Varrock, the Phoenix Gang Hideout is a meeting place for the notorious gang members of the Phoenix Gang.

The Phoenix Gang Hideout is known to the people of Varrock as the V.T.A.M. Corporation Headquarters, an alias used by the Phoenix Gang to hide their identity. During the Shield of Arrav quest, the Phoenix Gang Hideout is accessible to members of the gang, and upon joining you are given a key to the weapons store room, which is next door to the hideout. If you kill the weaponsmaster, you can steal a Phoenix crossbow. This crossbow can only use bolts up to bronze. The store room also contains a spawn of grapes which respawn every 43.5 seconds if taken.
