The Pink skirt is one of the several skirts available to both free players and members. It is sold from Thessalia who runs her shop, Thessalia's Fine Clothes, in Varrock. This item is used in the quest Prince Ali Rescue as part of the disguise Prince Ali wears in order to impersonate Lady Keli and escape his prison.
It is also required for an easy emote clue step, and can be stored in the STASH unit outside the southern entrance to Grand Exchange.
