The princess skirt, along with the princess blouse, make up the princess outfit. It is received as part of the reward for bringing a frog token from the 'Kiss the frog' random event to Thessalia of Thessalia's Fine Clothes in Varrock. The skirt cannot be traded and gives no Defence bonuses, making it purely cosmetic.
