The raw fishlike thing is an item used during the Evil Bob random event. After a Fishlike thing is successfully caught, it must be used on the uncooking pot and fed to Evil Bob.

If it was caught in the correct set of fishing spots, he will fall asleep, allowing the player step into the portal to return to where they came from.
