Raw slimy eel is a fish that can be caught with a Fishing level of 28, granting 65 Fishing experience per catch. It can be cooked into cooked slimy eel with a Cooking level of 28. Raw slimy eel may only be caught, with a fishing rod and fishing bait, in the Mort Myre Swamp and in the Lumbridge Swamp Caves.
Raw slimy eel is a possible item needed to obtain the magic secateurs in Fairytale I - Growing Pains.
Fishing locations[]
There are 2 fishing locations at which slimy eels can be caught:
- Mort Myre Swamp and south of Mort Myre: Requires Priest in Peril. Here players can catch slimy eels and cave eels with bait and a fishing rod.
- Lumbridge Swamp Caves: Players can also bait fish here for Slimy eels and cave eels, as well as net fish for frog spawn.
