The Dragonkin were supposedly forced into extinction by Robert the Strong during the First Age. Bob the Jagex Cat is believed to be Robert The Strong. This is revealed during a vision in A Tail of Two Cats quest.
He appears to be wearing full third age warrior armour and a bow which looks similar to an ogre bow.
