The Rune halberd is a halberd made out of Rune. It can be purchased at Tyras Camp for 83,200 gold. It requires 40 attack and 20 strength to wield. Even though Regicide is required to purchase all halberds from Tyras Camp and required to wield the Dragon Halberd, it is not a requirement to wield any other halberds. Like all halberds, with this weapon you can attack at a range of 1 square away, making it the only weapon that you may safe-spot monsters using melee. The halberd has 3 attack styles: Controlled Stab (shared xp), Aggressive Slash (strength xp), and defensive stab (defence xp), making it a bad choice if you wish to train attack.
