Rune platelegs are platelegs made out of Rune. They require level 40 defence to wield, and can be made at level 99 smithing with 3 rune bars. Rune platelegs can be bought from Scavvo's Rune Store in the upstairs of the Champion's Guild or from Seddu's Adventurers' Store in Nardah. Rune platelegs have the exact same stats as the Rune plateskirt, but are 1 kg heavier.
