Rupert's helmet is an item obtained during Grim Tales. The helmet is owned by Rupert the Beard, who will provide it after being freed from the tower. The helmet must then be taken to Sylas in Taverley along with a griffin feather in order to exchange them for some magic beans.

After the quest, an equippable version called the dwarven helmet is given as a reward.
