Sandbag is a quest item used during Enlightened Journey as an anchor for the air balloon. It is made by using a sack on a sand pit or a bucket of sand. You can also use bucket on the sack and make it into bucket of sand. This item can be obtained quite easily with the use of the Grand Exchange as a bucket of sand can be used on the sack to make the sandbag; this can be done before starting the quest and after it even though there is no use for this at present.
