Scavvo's Rune Store is located on the 1st floor[?] of the Champions' Guild and operated by Scavvo. This means players will need to acquire 32 quest points before they can access his shop.
The shop is noteworthy because it is the only place for free-to-play players to acquire green dragonhide armour apart from other players. It is also one of the few shops in the game to stock rune armour.

- This shop does not sell the rune platebody or the green d'hide body as they require the completion of the Dragon Slayer quest, which is started in the Champions' Guild itself. Instead, the two chest armours may be purchased from Oziach's Armour in Edgeville.
- Scavvo refers to the equipment sold in the store as "toys".
