Details

Start point	Speak to Caroline east of Ardougne, north of Witchhaven.
Official difficulty	Intermediate
Description	Something strange is happening on the Fishing Platform. Missing fishermen and the presence of dozens of strange sea creatures gives cause for concern. Investigate the platform, discover the truth before it's too late.
Length	Short
Requirements	Level 30 Firemaking
Items required	1 Swamp paste (Not swamp tar)
Enemies to defeat	None

Walkthrough

The platform

Speak with Caroline in Witchhaven. ( 1)…
1 I suppose so, how do I get there?
Talk to Holgart (right next to Caroline) and give him the Swamp paste.
Right-click Holgart and select the Travel option to travel to the fishing platform.
Go talk to Bailey inside a small cabin in the south-west corner of the platform.
Pick up the Broken glass on the floor.
Go to the north-east corner of the platform and pick up some Damp sticks.
Climb the ladder right next to the sticks.

Upper platform

Go talk to Kennith, who is in a cabin on the west side of the platform.
Go back down the ladder to the sea level.

Remote island

Speak with Holgart for a trip to a remote island.
Talk to Kent.
Talk to Holgart again to go back to the Fishing Platform.

Saving Kennith

Speak with Bailey again for an Unlit torch.
Use the Broken glass on the Damp sticks to dry them.
Rub the Dry sticks together to light the torch.
Go back up the ladder.
Go talk to Kennith again.
From outside of the cabin, kick the badly repaired wall to make an opening.
Talk to Kennith again.
Just outside of Kennith's cabin, activate the crane controls to rotate it (a cut scene will play if you followed the steps correctly - make sure you talk to Kennith after kicking the door in)
Go back down the ladder to the sea level.

Finishing up

Speak with Holgart again to return to the shore.
Report to Caroline.
Quest Complete!
