The Skill hall in a player-owned house is a room where the player can display various skill achievements. This room can be created with 25 Construction and 15,000 coins.

There are 6 different hotspots available:

• Stair/Rug
• Castle Wars Armour
• Armour
• Head trophy
• Fishing trophy
• Rune case

A staircase added to a Skill Hall on the ground floor will prompt you to build it "Up" or "Down". When building an "Up" staircase, then attempting to climb the staircase, the construction interface will ask if you want to add a room at the top of the staircase. The rooms available at the top are either a Quest Hall or another Skill Hall. If you build a "Down" staircase, you have an additional option of building a dungeon stairs room downstairs.

Castle Wars armour

If a player wishes to remove their armour stand they will receive the armour they placed on the stand back.

Armour

Adding armour to the Skill Hall requires the player to be able to smith the particular armour. If a player wishes to remove their armour stand they will receive the armour they placed on the stand back. You need 99 Smithing for the Rune amour, 88 Smithing for the Adamant armour and 68 Smithing for the Mithril armour.
