A Snowy knight is a members-only item that players can use on another player to restore 20% of their hitpoints. The right-click option "Release" would release the butterfly from the jar, but this does not affect any player's stats.
Members can make this item by catching a Snowy knight using a (magic) butterfly net, whilst they have a butterfly jar in their inventory. They need level 35 Hunter to do so, and gain 44 experience points for every snowy knight they catch. The Snowy knight can then be used on another player if they have accept aid on and will heal 20% of their hitpoints.
It can be used to heal players in boss fights. However, players need to run towards a person to heal them with a snowy knight, which limits its effectiveness and convenience.
