The Spirit tree & fairy ring is planted in the Superior Garden of a player-owned house as a place where players can teleport to other fairy rings and spirit trees. Other players can use the tree-ring, provided they have met the requirements to do so.

The fairy enchantment required to plant the fairy ring can be purchased from Fairy Fixit's Fairy Enchantment.

The minimum construction level to make the Spirit tree & fairy ring is 90 as a saw is not used.

Getting 90 construction to make the tree is somewhat superfluous, since the player can make 2 superior gardens and plant the tree and fairy ring separately at level 80 - which is vastly cheaper to achieve.
