A stamina mix is a Barbarian potion that restores 20% of your energy and reduces the rate that run energy depletes while running by 70% for 2 minutes. It is made by using Caviar on a 2 dose stamina potion. It requires a Herblore level of 86 to make and gives 60 Herblore experience. This mix can only be created after completing the herblore part of Barbarian training with Otto Godblessed. When drinking a sip of the potion it says, "You drink the lumpy potion." If the player drinks all doses or empties the potion, it will become a regular empty vial.
Mixing a Stamina Mix on the top of Seers Village Bank is a requirement to complete the Elite Kandarin Diary.
