Steel boots is a temporary item found only in tournament worlds.

The contents of this page refer to an item only available on temporary tournament worlds as a means to test the item before release.

Steel boots are members only armour pieces in RuneScape that are worn in the Footwear slot of the player's Inventory. The player needs at least 5 Defence to wear these armoured boots. To obtain steel boots, the player can either obtain them as a drop from Pyrefiends or from Harpie Bug Swarms, defeated using the Slayer skill, or from trading with another player.

As with all metal boots, this item cannot be made using the Smithing skill.
