A steel dragon can be built in a player's Treasure Room with 10,000,000 coins. It requires level 95 Construction to build, but it can be built as early as level 90 Construction with an orange spicy stew's +5 boost.
It is noticeably smaller than other steel dragons, and is one of the most expensive items which can be built into a player-owned house, exceeded only by the rune dragon, crystal throne, demonic throne and mounted coins.
