Steel platelegs are the third weakest platelegs in the game. They have the same bonuses and penalties as a steel plateskirt. A player with 46 Smithing can make them by using three steel bars on an anvil while carrying a hammer, granting 112.5 smithing experience. This item respawns in the ruins in the wilderness. It can also be bought from Louie's Armoured Legs Bazaar.
Steel platelegs require a Defence level of at least 5 to wear.
