A super str. mix is a Barbarian potion that boosts a player's Strength level by 5-19 levels, as well as healing 6 hitpoints per dose. It is made by using Caviar on a Super strength (2). It requires a Herblore level of 59 to make and gives 42 experience. This mix can only be created after completing the herblore part of Barbarian training with Otto Godblessed at the shack in the Baxtorian Falls.
