Talking to Sir Amik Varze
I was wearing an Initiate sallet for the first interaction with said NPC and some interesting dialog occured
Hello Sir Amik.
Got any jobs for me to do today?
Well, I did have something you may have been interested in, but I've been given orders not to-
Can I just stop you right there?
I am no longer a member of the Temple Knights, I have entirely renounced my application because after many hours of soul searching I have come to the conclusion that I deperately want to beceom a White Knight instead!
You don't want to be a Temple Knight anymore?
That is correct, yes.
But you are wearing their armour!
So? Did you hear me bad mouth the armour? The armour is cool, I keep the armour!

Lost tribe is not required.
Fossil Island reference
The guide currently says:
When you get the bone spear as one of your teleport items, Savant used to say "I have never heard of them" when you mention the Dorgeshuun goblins. This references the quest "The Lost Tribe" because the goblins had been in hiding since the God Wars. After the September 2017 update, Savant will instead ask the player if they have ever heard of "a group of goblins that have been around since Fossil Island was abandoned".
However, Savant still made the old "I have never heard of them" quote. It's likely worth noting that I have not completed any Fossil Island-related quests, so I assume this dialog change only happens if you've unlocked access to there or finished a related quest?
