A teak stock is required to make a steel crossbow. Teak stocks are cut from teak logs at Fletching level 46, granting 27 experience. They can also be purchased from crossbow shops, such as the one in Keldagrim.
A teak stock can be attached to steel limbs at Fletching level 46, granting 54 experience, to make a steel crossbow (u).
