Topaz bolt tips

Red topaz bolt tips are attached to the tips of steel bolts, and can then be enchanted. Once Red topaz bolt tips have been attached to steel bolts, the steel bolts become red topaz bolts.

Red topaz bolt tips can be created through the Fletching skill. A player must have a Fletching level of 48 and take a cut red topaz and use a chisel with it to make 12 red topaz bolt tips. Attaching red topaz bolt tips to steel bolts also requires a Fletching level of 48, player gain 4 experience from it.
