The toy doll is a clockwork toy. Players can make it at a crafting table 3 in the Workshop of a player-owned house, requiring a clockwork mechanism and a regular plank. A Crafting level of 18 is needed to construct the doll, giving 15 experience points.
Once wound up, the doll may be released to wander around the immediate area. Catching it will yield the player 2.5 Agility experience, though only the player who released it is able to do this. The toy doll also turns around at walls most of the time, while the toy soldier hits the wall and falls over.
Warning: This item is commonly used for scamming, as there are certain areas in the game which do not allow clockwork toys to be released. If a player has an inventory full of toy dolls which cannot be released, they are unable to pick up any more items, effectively locking their inventory.
