The Triangle sandwich can be obtained by pickpocketing the construction workers ('Black-eye', 'Gummy' and 'The Guns') at the Tower of Life, south of Ardougne, granting 8 Thieving experience, by searching the crates inside the tower, or by using telekinetic grab on the sandwich in the Woodcutting Guild. You can put one in a satchel.
