Twiggy O'Korn

Twiggy O'Korn is an NPC who is located south of Draynor Village bank. If a player has completed all of the Achievement Diaries, they can purchase an Achievement diary cape and its corresponding hood from Twiggy for 99,000 coins.

She is one of only three female NPCs that sells a cape of accomplishment, the other being Surgeon General Tafani and the hunting expert.
