An uncleaned find is a rock obtained in the Varrock Museum specimen cleaning activity. Players need to use it on a specimen table to reveal the archaeological artefact inside (see the list below). The cleaning activity can be done after finishing The Digsite quest.
Players can take part in the cleaning activity in the south fenced-off corner of the museum. The tools necessary to do so can be found in the tool rack hanging on the wall. Players can then show the artefact to one of the archaeologists in the room, who will then tell them what to do with the item. Certain items are eligible for being displayed in the display cases. Other items can be put in the storage crates.
Items[]
Players can find a clean necklace, which they can show to one of the archaeologists to learn how to enchant it, resulting in a Digsite pendant. This is a requirement for the medium Varrock Diary.
Note that:
- Sometimes, you accidentally destroy the find.
- The find crumbles to dust in your hands - oops! Better not let the professionals see that one!
- The jewellery can also be given to one of the archaeologists. They will give 5 coins for the jewellery.
