Uncut diamond detail

An uncut diamond can be crafted into a diamond by using it with a chisel. Players must have a Crafting level of at least 43 to be able to cut the gem. Cutting a diamond grants 107.5 Crafting experience.

Uncut diamonds can be randomly obtained through Mining. They can also be obtained as a reward from the Gnome Restaurant minigame, by opening Gem Bags from Motherlode Mine (40 nuggets),by mining gem rocks in the Shilo Village Gem Mine, during the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup minigame or by completing the Evil Bob, Rick Turpentine or Mysterious Old Man random event. Can also be obtained from Caskets through big net fishing. They may also be dropped by various monsters that have access to the rare drop table.

Additionally, cut diamonds are given as a reward for the Waterfall Quest. One uncut diamond is dropped by Slagilith in One Small Favour. An uncut diamond is a quest reward from Troll Romance. This may be helpful for Ironmen.

There is a fee of one cut diamond to enter the Zanaris marketplace, where the Dragon dagger and longsword can be purchased.
